Verónica joined Dumont in 2016 as a patent analyst. Her practice area focuses on the analysis and response of Office Actions in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical areas issued by the Mexican Patent Office. She is also in charge of the filing and prosecution of applications for registration of plant varieties. Verónica performs Freedom-to-Operate and patentability analyses and trains junior analysts in her areas of expertise.
