Francisco joined Dumont in 2013 and is manager of the Civil and Commercial litigation team. He has more than 8 years of experience in civil and commercial agreements, mainly in disputes for breach and interpretation of contracts; insurance and bonding; corporate disputes; shareholder conflicts; enforcement of security (trusts, pledges, and mortgages); procedures regarding unfair competition, damages, non-material damages, civil liability, finance disputes, execution of debt securities, execution of foreign judgments, within others.
Furthermore, he also has experience in criminal matters, with a significant expertise in setting up a proper defense in property crimes and anti-counterfeiting strategies towards securing our clients’ IP rights. He represents clients before the Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Courts.
